Josey Chu is a Singaporean native who graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison and specialized in Southeast Asian Delicacies.  All products are handmade in small batches and produced locally using all natural ingredients (no MSG, non-GMO, vegetarian).

Founder of Sweet Diamond Foods, Fred Schaller has been making his condiments, such as mustard, ketchup, and BBQ sauce for over 15 years. Fred started in the restaurant business in 1982, and he and his longtime friend Karl Olson collaborated to bring Fred's recipes to dinner tables across Wisconsin.

In the summer of 2012 Dan Bieser set out to create the best chocolate imaginable.  He started with old school chocolate making tools that were made from scratch.  Dan began the quest for a healthy flavorful chocolate, an amazing hot chocolate, and a world wide adventure of relationship building.
